Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at hello@eda-frandsen.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your order number.

Once cancelled, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging where possible

• Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsaleable condition.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s)

• Original delivery costs are refunded only where required by law

Return Postage

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
